About the Founders' Office:


The Founders' Office is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of Uniqode’s executive leadership, directly supporting strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. As part of this team, you'll work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, driving the company's strategic direction and contributing to high-impact decisions.


About the Role:

As the Associate to the Founders’ Office at Uniqode, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO's office, working closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure the efficient operation of the founders' office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a background in consulting, investing, or strategy, who is looking to further their career by pursuing an MBA after gaining valuable experience with us or moving into one of the product, marketing, or growth roles.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Strategic Initiative Execution: Spearhead strategic initiatives in partnership with the Chief of Staff, propelling Uniqode's growth and enhancing operational efficiency. Perform comprehensive research and analysis to inform high-stakes decisions, delivering actionable insights to the executive team. Example challenge: "Should we pursue partnerships with marketing agencies as a new GTM strategy?"
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion seamless communication between the Founders’ Office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring unified alignment with company goals. Collaborate intensively with departments such as Product, Marketing, and Growth to drive pivotal cross-functional projects. Example challenge: "Should we transition from a free trial model to a freemium model? What would be the ARR impact?"
  • Project Ownership and Management: Lead and propel projects to success, meticulously tracking progress, identifying obstacles, and implementing effective solutions to achieve strategic objectives. Example challenge: "Our trial upgrade conversion has significantly slowed down in the past two weeks. Here is a sensitivity analysis on what caused it and the intensity contribution of each variable.”
Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of independent work streams within broader team projects, demonstrating initiative and leadership in driving these to completion.
  • Lead and manage specific projects, ensuring timely and successful completion by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that inform strategic initiatives and business decisions.
About You:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in consulting, investing, strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution is required.
  • Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated success in addressing complex strategic challenges, particularly in areas such as market analysis, business development, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Growth) to drive organizational objectives and achieve business outcomes.
  • Analytical Insight: Deep understanding of key business metrics such as revenue growth, market share, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Leadership & Initiative: Strong ability to take ownership of projects, drive them to completion, and influence the direction of initiatives beyond your immediate responsibilities.
  • Adaptability & Versatility: Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems, defining solutions, and working across various departments to support strategic initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms) to analyze data, extract insights, and inform strategic decisions.
