About the Role:

As the Senior Manager of Partnerships at Uniqode, you will be at the forefront of forging and nurturing strategic alliances that drive our business growth. You will identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key partners to expand our market reach and enhance our product offerings. This role is pivotal in ensuring Uniqode remains a leader in the QR code and digital business card spaces.

Key Focus Areas:

  1. Affiliate Program Management 

    • Build a scalable affiliate program to drive revenue growth, catering to individual users, publishers, and influencers.

    • Leverage platforms like PartnerStack to identify, recruit, and engage high-quality affiliate partners.

    • Create optimized affiliate landing pages, referral programs, and promotional toolkits to support partner success.

    • Implement clear attribution mechanisms to accurately track and measure partner contributions.

    • Work closely with Marketing to develop compelling content, social media campaigns, and hashtags to amplify affiliate impact.

  2. Agency Program Management:

    • Develop and run an agency program to expand our reach and leverage agency partnerships for growth.

    • Create compelling value propositions for agencies to collaborate with Uniqode.

  3. Collaborative Initiatives:

    • Collaborate effectively with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure programs and activities are coordinated and best practices and successes are shared more widely where appropriate. 

    • Work cross functionally to ensure the right partner marketing programs, partner enablement & certifications and partner content are in place to support the partnership program

    • Evangelize the partner program to internal and external executives to support program success and growth

  4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Establish metrics to track the success of partnerships.

    • Regularly report on partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential partners that align with Uniqode’s growth objectives.

  • Develop proposals and presentations to communicate partnership opportunities effectively.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

  • Explore product and tech integrations, working closely with the product and engineering teams.

  • Develop and manage an agency program to drive growth through agency collaborations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute partnership initiatives and ensure they deliver expected outcomes.

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Represent Uniqode at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and strengthen partner relationships.

About You:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful partnership management.

  • Strategic Insight: Deep understanding of business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive organizational objectives and achieve business outcomes.

  • Leadership & Initiative: Strong ability to take ownership of projects, drive them to completion, and influence the direction of initiatives beyond your immediate responsibilities.

  • Product and Tech Savvy: Experience with product and technology integrations, understanding their impact on the business.

  • Agency Program Management: Experience in developing and managing agency programs to drive growth.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in using analytical tools to analyze data, extract insights, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Adaptability & Versatility: Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems, defining solutions, and rallying support for growth initiatives.
