As Uniqode scales, hiring top talent is key to our growth. We’re seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Associate to drive strategic hiring, particularly for technical roles. This role will lead high-level recruitment, advise senior leadership, and align hiring with business goals. By identifying top talent, refining recruitment strategies, and enhancing candidate experience, this person will shape our teams and build a strong talent pipeline
What we are looking for in our Lead Talent Acquisition Associate:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent, focusing on roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and architects.
To source and engage with potential candidates, utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions tailored to specific roles.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical skillsets and cultural fit.
Drive senior and leadership-level hiring for tech positions, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future roles.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and clear communication.
Keep up with industry trends and leverage data-driven insights to optimize the hiring process.
Collaborate with the TA team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
What we expect from you:
6-8 years of experience in tech recruiting in B2B SaaS, agencies or tech product companies.
Strong knowledge of the tech landscape, including emerging technologies and in-demand skill sets.
Experience in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring needs.
Strong sourcing skills, with experience using a variety of tools and platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
