We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by driving the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our products. Your expertise will help us better understand market needs, pain points, and use cases and translate them into product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
You’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, tackling challenging projects and contributing to a product that is rapidly transforming the way businesses operate globally.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to differentiate our SaaS solutions in a competitive market.
Ensure that messaging resonates with target personas and aligns with customer pain points, needs, and benefits.
Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including product decks, case studies, battle cards, and FAQs.
Work with the content and demand generation teams to align product messaging with campaigns across channels.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and product updates.
Work closely with the product management team to understand product roadmaps and ensure market readiness.
Plan and execute launch activities, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch follow-ups.
Market Research & Customer Insights:
Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed of industry trends to better position our products.
Leverage customer feedback, interviews, surveys, and analytics to build a deeper understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Use insights to influence product development, messaging, and sales strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Define KPIs to measure the success of product marketing initiative and regularly report on performance.
Monitor and track product adoption, customer retention, and satisfaction metrics to inform marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven company
Is skilled in product marketing principles, GTM strategies, ICP development
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Is curious, resourceful, and a team player with a passion for solving real-world problems.
Must be based in the United States, with a preference for those located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones (EST/CST)
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
Experience with SaaS metrics and KPIs, marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
Background in content marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product management.
