We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Lifecycle and Integrated Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by leading the design, execution, and optimization of end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and manage campaigns that enhance customer experiences, maximize lifecycle value, and support lead generation and nurturing efforts throughout the entire customer journey.

Lifecycle Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement customer lifecycle marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion across the customer journey.
Use customer segmentation and insights to personalize communication and tailor messaging to each lifecycle stage.
Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and engagement data to identify key lifecycle touchpoints and improvement opportunities.
Create personalized and targeted email campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior to maximize engagement and conversions.
Ensure email content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy to drive results
Spearhead and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business objectives such as lead generation, product adoption, customer retention, and brand awareness.
Lead campaign ideation, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and company goals.
Collaborate with product, content marketing, product marketing, customer success, and sales teams to align messaging and create personalized campaigns tailored to different customer segments.
Manage the creative and content development process across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
Develop KPIs and success metrics for lifecycle and integrated marketing campaigns, tracking the impact on both short-term and long-term business goals.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) to analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies across different channels and campaign elements to maximize performance.
Report campaign results regularly to senior leadership, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Build campaigns that enhance brand awareness, positioning Uniqode as an authority and thought leader within the QR and Digital Business Card Space.
Manage and optimize content strategies to increase visibility and engagement across owned and earned media channels (e.g., blog, social media, webinars, PR).
Leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and industry research to build credibility and trust with prospects.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, integrated marketing, or customer marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven company.
Is skilled in customer segmentation, running end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns, and executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Is curious, resourceful, and a team player with a passion for solving real-world problems.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), event marketing and managing virtual or in-person events such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.
Background in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
