About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Success professional to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by delivering exceptional value to our Enterprise customer base. 

You’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, tackling challenging projects and contributing to an innovative product that is rapidly transforming the way businesses operate globally.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Strategic Account Management:

    • Build and manage strong relationships with enterprise customers to drive product adoption, customer retention and expansion.

    • Serve as the trusted advisor to key stakeholders, helping them achieve their business goals using Uniqode’s solutions.

  • Customer Advocacy:

    • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to communicate customer needs. 

    • Identify and prioritize key challenges customers face, working to mitigate churn risk proactively.

  • Expansion and Growth:

    • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities while focusing on delivering long-term value.

    • Help shape best practices and elevate the overall team performance.


About You:
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Proven Success in Enterprise Account Management: You bring 6+ years of experience managing complex customer relationships in a SaaS or technology company, with a track record of driving expansion.

  • Results-Driven: You thrive on meeting and exceeding goals, with a strong focus on KPIs, customer health metrics, and proactive risk management.

  • Excellent Communication: You can navigate conversations with executive-level stakeholders, delivering insights, managing expectations, and influencing outcomes.

  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnership: You excel at working across teams, including product, sales, and technical teams, to advocate for customers and drive results.

  • Leadership by Example: You are a seasoned individual contributor who sets a high standard for ownership, accountability, and performance while mentoring peers to foster growth.
